By registering as an affiliate partner with Coldbet Partners, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. These terms govern the relationship between Megabond LTD ("Company") and the Affiliate Partner.
Affiliates must drive only clean, legitimate traffic. Spam, incentivized traffic, and use of ColdBet trademarks without prior approval are prohibited. Brand traffic using ColdBet trademarks may be accepted at a -20% commission if explicitly approved by a manager.
RevShare (up to 60%), CPA, Hybrid, and Sub-affiliate models are available subject to agreement with your personal manager. Negative carryover applies unless volume thresholds are met (1,000+ registrations, 300+ first deposits, 500+ active players).
Withdrawals are processed on demand via bank card, e-wallet, or crypto. No commission is charged on crypto payouts. The Company reserves the right to withhold payments in cases of fraudulent activity.
Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice. The Company reserves the right to terminate immediately in cases of fraud, spam, or violation of these terms.
